CAREER COUNSELING

While in the past, our trainees and interns have recieved the opportunity to conduct entire career counseling and guidance process with clients; this is not granted. 

Observation and client handling depend on performance, trainer discretion, and client permission. We reserve the right to modify or cancel this opportunity at any time.

You will receive a certification of completion and a letter of recommendation from Manahpsparsh. This will be granted upon meeting the following criteria:

• Minimum 80% attendance
• Completion of all individual and group assignments
• Scoring at least 80% on the final assessment

Manahsparsh and the trainer reserve the right to award the certificate

Minimum participants 8, Maximun 14.

in case there are less than 8 registrations, you will  have 2 options

1. Utilize this payment for yourself or someone else and access any other therapy or training service at Manahsparsh 

2. Get a full refund

• The registration fee will remain non-refundable in case you cannot attend or miss the workshop
• We offer one opprtunity to reschedule but reserve the rights to make the decision 
• The fee is transferable towards another participant, in case you are unable to attend 
• The rights to make final decision of any kind will remain with Manahsparsh
• Full refund will be given in case of cancellation of the training by Manahsparsh

• We reserve the right to modify the format and content at the discretion of the trainer
• Misuse or sharing of the content/ study material outside the group will be subject to legal action.
• Recording videos or sessions online or offline is prohibited.
• Confidentiality- Information shared by any participant cannot be shared outside the closed group.
